What is HSMW?

Our Approach To Worship Leadership

One of the goals of Harvest School of Music & Worship is to help students develop the
musical, spiritual, and leadership foundations that support serving on worship and production teams.

We believe platform ministry carries both influence and responsibility. For that reason,
we place a strong emphasis on character, humility, spiritual growth, and servant leadership alongside musical development.

Participation in HSMW does not guarantee placement on a worship team, but students
will gain valuable skills and experience that can help prepare them for future opportunities to serve.
